ABOUT Egg Fried Rice RECIPE

A popular rice dish prepared with scrambled eggs and seasoning

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups of Rice cooked
  2. 4 Eggs
  3. 2 Onions chopped
  4. 3-4 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  5. 4 tbsp Oil
  6. 1-2 tbsp Celery chopped
  7. 2 tsp Light Soy sauce
  8. 1-2 tsp Chilli sauce
  9. 1 tsp Vinegar
  10. Oil as needed

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add eggs and scramble them. Keep aside.
  2. Heat another 2 tbsp of oil, add garlic and onion. Stir fry until onions become slightly brown.
  3. Add the rice along with soy sauce, vinegar, celery and chilli sauce.
  4. Season with salt and stir fry for 5 mins.
