Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients to make Egg Fried Rice

  • 2 cups of Rice cooked
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1-2 tbsp Celery chopped
  • 2 tsp Light Soy sauce
  • 1-2 tsp Chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • Oil as needed

How to make Egg Fried Rice

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add eggs and scramble them. Keep aside.
  2. Heat another 2 tbsp of oil, add garlic and onion. Stir fry until onions become slightly brown.
  3. Add the rice along with soy sauce, vinegar, celery and chilli sauce.
  4. Season with salt and stir fry for 5 mins.
My Tip: You can use leftover rice too for this recipe.
