Ingredients to make HEALTHY AATA COOKIES

  • wheat flour 1 bowl
  • White flour ( maida) 2 spoons
  • Powder sugar 1/4 bowl
  • Glucose powder ( glucon D) 1/4 bowl
  • butter 1/2 bowl
  • Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon
  • Baking soda 1/2 tea spoon
  • curd 1 table spoon
  • Milk 2 table spoons
  • Cardamoms powder 1 teaspoon

How to make HEALTHY AATA COOKIES

  1. Mix well wheat flour,white flour,baking powder and soda. ( Use flat bottom big plate)
  2. Add butter and mash for few minutes.
  3. Add curd and milk.
  4. Add glucose , sugar powder and cardamoms powder.
  5. Make hard dough of mixture like poories. Put it in refrigerator for 30 mins.
  6. After 30 mins, roll 1 inch thick Layered chapati or roti with roller.
  7. On the button of oven 10 mins for preheat. (180 temp)
  8. Use cookies cutter for cut the shape of your choice's cookies.
  9. Put these cookies in butter coated plate.
  10. Put these cookies in preheated oven for 20- 25 mins. for bake.
  11. After baked , take out side the cookies from oven for cold.
  12. Cookies are ready for kids.

My Tip:

Add some chocolate chips for making them more chocolaty.
