Dates dry fruit laddoos

Ingredients to make Dates dry fruit laddoos

  • 1 cup chopped seedless dates
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • 2 tbsp dry fruit powder( almonds,cashews, walnuts)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom Powder
  • 2 tbsp dessicated coconut( for rolling)

How to make Dates dry fruit laddoos

  1. Melt ghee in a pan and add chopped dates to it,. Saute for 2-3 mins on low to medium flame till the whole mix gets soft and comes as a whole.
  2. Take it off flame.add cardamom powder and premixed dry fruit powder( I used almonds,cashews and walnuts).
  3. Let it cool a little.then shape into individual laddoos.
  4. Roll the laddoos in dessicated coconut.

My Tip:

You can use chopped nuts also instead of powder.
