Idli Batter Muffins

Ingredients to make Idli Batter Muffins

  • Idli Batter - 2 cups
  • onion -1 small
  • tomato -1 small
  • carrot - 1 small
  • Finely chopped capsicums - 2tbsp
  • Finely chopped French beans - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped cilantro - 1 tbsp
  • Salt, pepper, green chilly - to taste

How to make Idli Batter Muffins

  1. Finely chop onions and tomato and grate the carrot
  2. Add all the veggies and coriander to the batter and mix well
  3. You can add salt if your batter does not contain salt
  4. Grease a muffin tin and spoon in the batter, to fill 3/4 th of the mould
  5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170 degrees for 40-45 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the muffin comes out clean
  6. Serve warm with ketchup or chutney
