Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp extra in another bowl
  2. Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Oil 1 tbsp
  5. Water to knead a dough
  6. For slurry-
  7. 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  8. 4 -5 tbsp water
  9. For stuffing-
  10. 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
  11. 1/4 cup Peas
  12. 1/4 cup capsicum finely chopped
  13. 1/4 cup carrot finely chopped
  14. 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn
  15. Corriender leaves handful
  16. 2 cube Amul cheese grated
  17. Corn flour- 1 tbsp
  18. Black pepper 1 tsp
  19. Salt to taste
  20. Oil 1 tsp
  21. Oil for frying
  22. For serving
  23. Corriender chutney
  24. Nylon sev
  25. Small pieces of tomato

Instructions

  1. Take 1/2 cup all purpose flour in a bowl and mix salt ,carom seeds ,oil and mix well
  2. Make a soft dough with water and keep aside
  3. Make a thick slurry with flour and water
  4. Meanwhile prepare stuffing with heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil
  5. Add all chhoped vegetables and and stirr fry for 2 mins
  6. Add boil corn ,salt, grated cheese and corn flour and cook for another 1 min
  7. Add black paper and corriender leves and switch off the gas and let it cool
  8. Till that make small balls from the dough we prepare in 2nd step
  9. Roll thin chapatis from all the balls and prick them with help of fork
  10. Now heat up a griddle and half cook the chapati ( just for 1 min )
  11. Now cut the chapati neatly into four pieces
  12. Take 1 piece of chapati and shape it with cone by using flour slury
  13. Now take small amount of stuffing and fill the cone
  14. Dip the top of the cone in slurry then dip into dry flour
  15. Heat oil in pan and deep fry till golden brown
  16. Now dip in the top of cone in green chutney and then in nylon sev
  17. Place a small piece of tomato on it
  18. Prepare all and serve hot with ketchup
