Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread slices loaf 1
  2. Tomato ketchup
  3. Fruit jam
  4. Vegetable sandwich spread
  5. Salad slices ( tomato, cucumber)
  6. Fruits
  7. Crispies

Instructions

  1. Cut four bread slices into halves. Prepare four sandwiches by applying jam in one, ketchup in another and sandwich spread in others.
  2. Sandwich spread sandwiches can be stuffed with thin salad slices. And ketchup sandwiches can be stuffed with chips. Stuff jam sandwiches with fruits.
  3. These sandwiches will ser've base for our engine and carriages.
  4. Now cut four equal size rounds from a bread slice and sandwich them together with choicest filling ( jam, ketchup, spread)
  5. Cut one slice in four equal quarters. Sandwich them together too.
  6. Now take one sandwich prepared for base. Stand round sandwich vertically in front followed by quartered sandwich. Our train engine is ready. Top round sandwiches with one small carrot piece ( 1 inch long) to make steamer of engine. Engine is ready.
  7. For carriages we need one base sandwich, two halved bread slices, two quartered bread slices for each carriage.
  8. Take a base sandwich. Apply jam on sides at top. Arrange two halved and two quartered bread slices on top to make a rectangular room. Use jam to stick them together. Train carriage is ready.
  9. Fill this carriage with fruits or chips.
  10. Prepare as much carriages as desired.
  11. In a platter spread chopped cabbage. Make a railway track using thin carrot strips.
  12. Arrange your train on track and serve.
