Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 gms potatoes boiled, peeled and grated
  2. 250 gms Paneer grated
  3. 1 bowl matar [green peas] boiled and made into a paste
  4. 1 bowl bread crumbs
  5. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp black pepper
  8. 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  9. 1 bowl corn flour
  10. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  11. 1 onion,
  12. 1 inch ginger,
  13. 2-3 cloves garlic and make fine paste

Instructions

  1. Take potatoes and add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and 2 spoon cornflour and mix it nicely. Then take Paneer add salt, black pepper, 1 spoon cornflour and mix it nicely.
  2. Then take kadhai put oil add cumin splutter them then add onion paste and saute till oil separated then add matar [green peas] paste and stir fry till matar paste becomes dry.
  3. Take a small amount of the paneer mix, flatten it and stuff the matar paste in it. Then stuff this entire paneer-green peas stuffed balls into potatoes mix and shape them well. seal them well and roll in bread crumbs. refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  4. Then deep fry these stuffed balls in hot oil, on a medium flame, strain and then cut these into halves, serve these with your favorite chutneys.
