Ingredients to make Chicken doughnuts.

  • chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • bread crumbs 1 1/2 cups
  • maida 1cup
  • gram flour 1 tbsp
  • Boiled & mashed potato 2,medium
  • green chillies,chopped 2
  • mint leaves 1/4 cup
  • curry leaves 2 tbsp
  • White pepper powder 2,tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • eggs 2
  • salt
  • oil to fry

How to make Chicken doughnuts.

  1. Put chicken mince into a big bowl.
  2. Add rest of the ingredients with the chicken mince and mix well to make a dough..Take a small ball from the dough,flatten it and make a big hole,in the middle,like doughnuts. If u have a doughnut cutter,use it. Make doughnuts with the rest of the dough.
  3. Heat oil in a pan,deep fry one by one. Keep on a towel to remove excess oil.serve hot with ketchup.
