  • Sandwich spread
  • chickpea, rajma, peanut equal quantity soaked overnight and pressure cooked until soft -1 cup
  • Till roasted paste -2 tbsp
  • garlic pods -5 nos
  • red chilli flakes as per taste
  • Italian herb mix as per taste
  • mint leaves few
  • salt to taste
  • olive oil or any other oil- 3 tsp
  • For sandwich
  • wheat bread-6 pieces
  • Sweet corn -1 cup pressure cooked
  • palak chopped fine -2 cups
  • Cheese block grated -1 cup
  • Chat masala -2 tbsp
  • red chilli powder -1 tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Butter unsalted-3 tbsp

How to make Sweet corn Palak sandwich (With chickpea-rajma-peanut spread)

  1. Make a fine paste of all the ingredients under heading spread, and keep aside.
  2. Take a pan, add butter, chat Masala, red chilli powder, add Palak, sweet corn, fry well. Switch off. Now mix grated cheese.
  3. Apply butter and sandwich spread on bread slice. Place the corn Palak stuffing and then place another slice over. Grill the sandwich. Serve hot with sauce.
