Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sandwich spread
  2. Chickpea, rajma, peanut equal quantity soaked overnight and pressure cooked until soft -1 cup
  3. Till roasted paste -2 tbsp
  4. Garlic pods -5 nos
  5. Red chilli flakes as per taste
  6. Italian herb mix as per taste
  7. Mint leaves few
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Olive oil or any other oil- 3 tsp
  10. For sandwich
  11. Wheat bread-6 pieces
  12. Sweet corn -1 cup pressure cooked
  13. Palak chopped fine -2 cups
  14. Cheese block grated -1 cup
  15. Chat Masala -2 tbsp
  16. Red chilli powder -1 tbsp
  17. salt as per taste
  18. Butter unsalted-3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Make a fine paste of all the ingredients under heading spread, and keep aside.
  2. Take a pan, add butter, chat Masala, red chilli powder, add Palak, sweet corn, fry well. Switch off. Now mix grated cheese.
  3. Apply butter and sandwich spread on bread slice. Place the corn Palak stuffing and then place another slice over. Grill the sandwich. Serve hot with sauce.
