Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For stuffing:
  2. 1 bowl matar boiled
  3. 2 Onion chopped
  4. 3 green chilly chopped
  5. Handful of coriander leaves chopped
  6. 2 boiled potatoes mashed
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Oil as needed
  9. FOR OUTER COVER:
  10. 1 bowl atta
  11. 5 tsp rawa
  12. 1/2 bunch palak Blanched and pureed
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  15. Garam masala 1 tsp
  16. 2 tsp oil + oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients of outer cover make soft dough and keep it aside, cover with a cotton cloth.
  2. In pan, put oil and add zeera, when it crackles add onion, green chilies and matar, potatoes, salt and mash them nicely. Keep aside to cool.
  3. In pan put oil and heat it.
  4. On other hand, take the dough and make small balls and roll out puris and stuff the filling in it, seal and roll little. Deep fry them till golden.
