Apricot Apple Scones

Ingredients to make Apricot Apple Scones

  • wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • Soya flour 1/2 cup
  • Soda - bi - carb 1/2 tsp
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • apricot slices 10
  • Melted butter for cooking scones 2 tbsp
  • Green apple crush 10 tsp

How to make Apricot Apple Scones

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except apricot slices and green apple crush. Add 1 cup of water, mix well to make a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan, grease it with butter. Pour a ladleful of batter on it and spread it evenly to make a circle.
  3. Place an apricot slice on top, drizzle a little melted butter on the sides of the scones and cook till light brown in color from both the sides.
  4. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 9 more scones.
  5. Drizzle little green apple crush over it and serve immediately.
