ABOUT Beetroot Idli RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl Rice
  2. 1/4 cup Urad daal
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 2 Beetroots
  5. 1 tsp oil
  6. 1/2 tsp sugar
  7. 1 sachet eno
  8. Water
  9. 1 Lemon
  10. Cheese for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Grind and prepare a paste of both daal and rice.
  2. In that paste, add beetroot puree, salt, sugar, lemon and oil.
  3. Prepare steamer and now add eno in the prepared batter.
  4. Steam for 7 minutes.
  5. Your idlis are ready to eat.
