Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 cups flattened rice
  2. 2 onions
  3. 2 Green chills
  4. 1/2 cup of peanuts
  5. 6 curry leaves
  6. Juice of 1/2 lime
  7. olive oil as required
  8. 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon of Mustard Seeds
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop green chillies and onion.
  2. Roast the peanuts on medium heat. Keep aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a wok, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chillies, chopped onion, turmeric and salt.
  4. Soak the poha rice in water for 5 minutes.
  5. Add in the soaked poha rice and peanuts and squeeze a lime all over. Turn off the gas and serve hot.
