Pizza with Homemade Crust

Ingredients to make Pizza with Homemade Crust

  • For dough-
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • For pizza sauce-
  • 1 cup puree
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 3 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp chilli Powder
  • 1/2 capsicum chopped in squares
  • salt to taste
  • For chicken-
  • 2 cups Boneless chicken cut in cubes
  • 2 tsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt to taste
  • For toppings-
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1/2 cup mushroom
  • 3 baby corns cut in circles
  • Bell pepper cut in julienne (green, red, yellow)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (amul)
  • 2 cups normal cheese (amul)
  • Pizza seasoning as required

How to make Pizza with Homemade Crust

  1. For dough- mix all ingredients together and form a dough and keep aside.
  2. For pizza sauce- In a wok add in tomato puree, ketchup, paprika and salt.
  3. Cook until water dries, then add chopped capsicum and cook for a minute.
  4. For chicken tikka cubes - In a small wok cook chicken in butter and tandoori masala.
  5. For toppings- In a sauce pan, add mushroom and baby corn, cover the lid and let it cook.
  6. Now roll the dough in circle and put on a steel oven safe plate.
  7. Apply the pizza sauce, add the toppings, put the cheese in equal proportion. Add the pizza seasoning.
  8. Bake until cheese melts and crust is golden brown.
