Veg Jalfrazi

Ingredients to make Veg Jalfrazi

  • 100gm French beans (cut in 1 inches)
  • 250gm cabbage (cut in 1 inches in square shape)
  • 100gm cauliflower (1 inches)
  • 100gm carrots (cut in 1 inches)
  • 1 capsicum (cut in 1 inches)
  • 100gm paneer (cut in 1 inches)
  • 50gm green peas (boil)
  • 2 onions (cut in square shape)
  • 6 green chilli (chopped)
  • Half spoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 spoon soya sauce
  • 2 spoon chilli sauce
  • 4 spoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tea spoon vinegar
  • Half tea spoon black pepper
  • Half tea spoon sugar
  • 1/4 Chinese salt
  • salt to taste
  • oil as needed
  • Half tea spoon cornflour

How to make Veg Jalfrazi

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry all the vegetables with salt. Take out on a tissue paper.
  2. Take a pan, heat little amount of oil. Stir and add ginger-garlic paste. In same material, put all the sauces and cook it well. Put all the spices. Dissolve cornflour in little amount of water and cook it well.
  3. Now add all the fried vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

My Tip:

You can shallow fry the vegetables if you don't want to deep fry them.
