Ingredients to make Mango Cheesecake

  • mango pulp 2 cups
  • Hung curd 2 cups
  • heavy cream 1 cup
  • Gelatin 20 grams
  • Castor sugar 1 cup
  • Spring rolls 1 log
  • Strawberry jam 1 tbsp

How to make Mango Cheesecake

  1. Whip up the heavy cream with sugar till it becomes light and fluffy.
  2. Blend the mango pulp with curd.
  3. Dissolve gelatin into half cup of warm water and keep aside.
  4. Mix gelatin syrup into mango and curd mixture slowly.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream and let it set in fridge for 3-4 hours.
  6. Decorate with spring rolls cakes and strawberry jam like the pic.
