Ingredients to make Healthy Protien packed Poha

  • Poha - a cup (soaked in little water)
  • peanuts - 1/4 cup roasted
  • Green peas - 1/4 cup
  • potato - 1 small
  • Green chilli - 2 chopped
  • coriander leaves - for garnishing
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • oil 1 1/2 tbsp
  • mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste

How to make Healthy Protien packed Poha

  1. Soak poha beforehand.
  2. In a pan, crackle mustard seeds in oil, add chopped potato, onion, green chilli and peas.
  3. Add roasted peanuts. When it is done add poha, little turmeric powder and salt. Add sugar and lemon juice in it. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Garnish with chopped onion and coriander leaves.

Use other veggies of your choice to make it more healthy.
