Ingredients to make Hara Bhara Kebab

  • Boiled green peas - 2 tbsp
  • Boiled 2 potatoes
  • ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • dhania powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • oil as needed
  • dry mango powder 1 tsp
  • green chutney as needed
  • cucumber salad as needed

How to make Hara Bhara Kebab

  1. Make a fine paste of green peas and boiled potatoes.
  2. Mix both, add paste of ginger and garlic.
  3. Add dhania powder, salt and green chilly. Make a shape of kebab as per your choice.
