Ingredients to make Labbeshireen

  • Full cream Milk 1/2 litre
  • Bambino sevaiyyan 4 spoon
  • mawa 1/2 cup
  • sugar 1/3rd cup
  • Vanilla custard 2 spoon
  • Vanilla essence Few drops
  • Fruits of your choice (I have used grapes, banana, strawberry)
  • Roasted dry fruits few chopped
  • Squash 3 varieties 3 spoon each (I have used butter scotch, kiwi, strawberry)
  • Fresh cream for decoration
  • Readymade tangy jellies chopped

How to make Labbeshireen

  1. Boil milk now add bombino sevaiyyan in it.
  2. While sevaiyyan is cooked add mawa and sugar in it.
  3. Now in a separate bowl mix custard powder in a half cup milk and add to the boiled milk.
  4. Let the custard cook on simmer.
  5. Now turn off gas and add few drops vanilla essence in it and mix and let it cool. Now falooda is ready.
  6. Now Take 3 beautiful glasses, add kiwi squash 3 spoon in each glass now place sliced strawberries in side of glass.
  7. On top of strawberry add falooda in 3 glasses.
  8. Add butterscotch squash 3 spoon on top of falooda.
  9. Now add sliced grapes around glass and place sliced banana in the middle of grapes.
  10. Add roasted dryfruit on top of it then add strawberry crush 3 spoon.
  11. Add tangy jelly on top now you can add fresh cream, fruits and decorate well.

My Tip:

The key to this recipe is to present it well. Each layer should be seen clearly.
