Ingredients to make Bhurji Sandwich

  • Bread slices 4
  • butter as needed
  • Cheese slices 2
  • paneer grated half cup
  • onion chopped - 1
  • coriander leaves - handful
  • tomato chopped - 1
  • butter as needed
  • Sauce as needed

How to make Bhurji Sandwich

  1. Butter bread slices and roast them. Take oil in pan. Add jeera and onion. Saute and add tomato and cook then add paneer, salt and pepper.
  2. Now take bread slices and put a cheese slices on it, then spread bhurji on it and cover with another slice of bread.
