Ingredients to make Sweet Potato Rosti with Peanut Butter and Honey Dip

  • Sweet potatoes grated half cup
  • Raw bananas grated half cup
  • Sooran/yam grated half cup
  • Dhoodhi grated half cup
  • sabudana soaked 2 spoons
  • mint leaves chopped few
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • green chillies finely chopped
  • Adrak/ginger finely chopped
  • lemon juice 2 tsp
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • dhania jeera powder 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • salt to taste
  • For peanut butter & Honey dip:
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp honey

How to make Sweet Potato Rosti with Peanut Butter and Honey Dip

  1. Par boil all the four vegetables.
  2. Drain and keep it to cool.
  3. Grate it and mix soaked sabudana.
  4. Add all spices, mint, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies & lemon juice.
  5. Mix every thing gently.
  6. Now make a big ball of it.
  7. Flatten it with your palms.
  8. Roast it on slow flame by adding few drops of oil till it becomes crisp on one side.
  9. Flip it on the other side and roast it.
  10. When it becomes golden beown on both sides remove it on plate.
  11. Serve it with peanut butter and honey dip.
