Ingredients to make Healthy Homemade Plain Noodles

  • Rice flour 1 bowl
  • Sago (sabudana) flour 2 big spoons
  • Moong daal 1 spoon
  • oil 1 spoon
  • salt as per your taste
  • water 1 jug (approximately)

How to make Healthy Homemade Plain Noodles

  1. Wash moong dal 2-3 times, take 2 cup water and cook half in pan, add salt.
  2. Mix rice flour, sago and salt.
  3. Make dough of it like sev or chakli.
  4. Put it for 20 mins.
  5. Again turn on the stove of half-cooked daal. Add 1 cup water.
  6. Add oil in boiled water.
  7. Use medium size blade of sev maker for making noodles.
  8. Put that mixture in sev maker and press handle slowly in boiled water pan.
  9. Noodles are looking like sev in pan.
  10. After 10 mins of boiling, turn off the stove button.
  11. Serve in bowl/ plate.
