Masala Paneer

Ingredients to make Masala Paneer

  • Milk 1 litre
  • lemon half
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • chilli flakes 1 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1 1/2 tsp
  • Mould - as per preference
  • coriander leaves - handful

How to make Masala Paneer

  1. Boil milk.
  2. Once boiled, squeeze half lemon.
  3. After few minutes you will see water separated.
  4. Drain out water.
  5. Transfer paneer in a bowl.
  6. Squeeze out excess water.
  7. Add salt, chilli flakes and oregano.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Transfer in a mould.
  10. Keep some weight on the mould so that paneer takes shape of the mould.
  11. After sometime take out paneer in a serving plate from mould and decorate it with coriander leaves.
  12. Yummy masala paneer is ready.

My Tip:

Other spices of your choice can be added.
