Strawberry Falooda

Ingredients to make Strawberry Falooda

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp (basil seeds) or Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup vermicelli
  • 2 tsp rose syrup
  • 3-4 pieces Strawberry Jelly
  • 2 scoops Strawberry Ice-cream
  • 4 tsp Gulkand
  • 3-4 pieces Strawberry and Black grapes chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tsp Chopped Nuts

How to make Strawberry Falooda

  1. Soak chia seeds in a cup of water for 20 mins and then drain excess water with use of a strainer.
  2. Cook Vermicelli in 2 and 1/2 cups water until soft, drain water and keep aside.
  3. Boil milk and then cool down. And rose syrup to make rose milk.
  4. Gather all the ingredients in a tall serving glass.
  5. Add a 1 tsp of rose syrup in bottom of the glass, and then add chia seeds.
  6. Now add the jelly, gulkand, nuts, strawberry and black grapes.
  7. Layer with leftover cooked vermicelli and nuts, decorate with strawberry or cherry.
