Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poha 2 glass
  2. Mustard seeds
  3. Carrots
  4. peas
  5. Onions
  6. Tomato
  7. Green chilly
  8. French beans
  9. Lemons
  10. Salt
  11. oil
  12. Tumeric
  13. Red chilly

Instructions

  1. Soak poha in water.
  2. Chopp all the veggies as mentioned. Now heat the pan. Add mustard seeds. Add carrot beans and peas. Saute all. Add tumeric salt and red chilly powder. Add poha saute it. Cook for 7 minutes. Now add raw chopped onions and tomatoes. Garnish with green chilly.
