Ingredients to make Chicken Meatballs

  • 3 - boneless chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1 tbsp - white pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup - chopped cilantro
  • 1tbsp - cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp - baking powder
  • 2 - egg whites
  • 2 tbsp - minced garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp - chopped onion
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 1/2 cup - flour
  • 1 teaspoon - cooking oil
  • cooking oil spray as per requirement

How to make Chicken Meatballs

  1. Take a bowl, add white of the eggs, milk & oil mix them well. Add chicken breasts to the food processor or Grinder and pulse to combine it into a rough mixture.
  2. Take a big bowl add the rough mixture of chicken, add garlic, cilantro, cheddar, onion, white pepper, flour, baking powder, milk, cooking oil, egg whites and make a dough.
  3. Divide the dough into small or medium sized round balls, while doing this glaze the palm and fingers with oil.
  4. Take a huge microwave safe bowl filled with water, drop all the raw chicken balls and boil them for 6 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven at 160°C. Keep the boiled chicken balls in a broiler or oven safe pan and cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
  6. Turning once in between, the chicken ball by a knife
  7. Change the oven mode to a broiler mode and keep the chicken pan just below the top rack for 5 - 6 minutes. Turn the side and keep for another 5 - 6 minutes.
  8. This is to coat slightly with black spot .
  9. Serve with julienne cut vegetables .
