Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Filling ingredient:-
  2. Sweetened coconut flakes 1 cup
  3. Egg 1/2
  4. Butter 2 tbsp
  5. Grated carrot 2 tbsp
  6. Dough (A) ingredient:-
  7. All purpose flour 3/4 cup
  8. Sugar 1 tbsp
  9. water 1/4 cup
  10. Oil 1/4 cup
  11. Dough (B) ingredient:-
  12. Cake flour (cornstarch) 2/3 cup
  13. Oil 1/4 cup
  14. Butter 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take sweetened coconut flakes and grated carrot, butter and egg mix well. Make 12 balls and put the balls in the refrigerator for 30 mins.
  2. Take all purpose flour, water, sugar, oil and make a dough. Take cake flour, oil and butter and make a dough.
  3. Let the doughs rest for 10 mins. Cut the dough (a) into 12 pieces. Roll out one dough (a) pieces and wrap with dough (b).
  4. Roll up each piece again let the rolls rest for about 10 min.
  5. Take out the balls from refrigerator. Press the middle of the roll with your finger. Press the two sides together and roll it out.
  6. Put a ball in the middle then pinch the edge of the skin, brush the egg yolk and cut a cross on the top of the balls.
  7. Bake for about 30 min at 350 F.
  8. Ready to serve.
