ABOUT Veg Cheesy Mayo Sandwich RECIPE

This sandwich is mixed with veggies along with cheese and mayonnaise.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Tri Colour bell peppers finely chopped 1 cup
  2. Shredded cabbage 1/4 cup
  3. Carrot finely grated 1
  4. Onion finely chopped 1
  5. Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  6. Grated cheese 1/2 cup (cheddar)
  7. Oregano 1/2 tsp
  8. Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  9. Dry or fresh parsley 1 tsp
  10. Salt and pepper to taste
  11. Ghee / butter to toast

Instructions

  1. Add chopped vegetables in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add fresh mayonnaise and mix well.
  3. Add oregano, parsley, Chilli flakes and mix well.
  4. Finely add grated cheese and give a last mix.
  5. Take a bread, spread the veggies fully closed with other bread apply butter/ ghee on both sides.
  6. Toast them both side until crispy.
  7. You can also grill them on the griller.
