Ingredients to make Yummy Tangy Skews

  • 250 grams baby potatoes
  • 8 smoked chicken sausages (option as per required)
  • Small box of strawberries
  • salt to taste
  • Pinch of Paprika (optional)
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp oil to saute
  • A few wooden skews

How to make Yummy Tangy Skews

  1. Boil baby potatoes, cool and peel.
  2. Heat oil in a fry pan and saute the potatoes.
  3. Saute the smoked sausages and keep aside.
  4. Now make a mix of salt, chaat masala and pinch of paprika.
  5. Apply this mix to the potatoes.
  6. Keep strawberries out of fridge ten minutes before skewing.
  7. Now skew in the sausage first then the potato and lastly the strawberries.
