Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Egg 8
  2. Chopped capsicum 1 cup
  3. Chopped onion 1 cup
  4. salt 1/4 tsp
  5. Black pepper powder 1/8 tsp
  6. Milk 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree f .
  2. Grease 8 muffin cups or line with paper liners.
  3. Beat egg together in a large bowl.
  4. Mix capsicum, onion, salt, black pepper powder and milk in to the beaten eggs.
  5. Pour egg mixture evenly in to prepared muffin cups.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until muffins are set in the middle - 20 min.
  7. Serve hot.
