Ingredients to make Cheesy Lava muffins

  • maida 100 gm
  • oil 2 tbs
  • tomato sauce 3 tbs
  • Schezwan sauce 2 tbs
  • Chopped capsicum 3 tbs
  • Chopped carrots 3 tbs
  • corn 2 tbs
  • Crud 2 tbs
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • Soda 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Pizza seasoning 1 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 6 big cubs

How to make Cheesy Lava muffins

  1. Mix flour, baking powder and soda in a strainer
  2. Preheat oven at 1 70 degree Celsius for 10 minutes
  3. In a mixing bowl mix tomato sauce, Schezwan sauce, chopped carrot, chopped Capsicum and corn, paprika, pizza seasoning. Add salt as per required. Mix with spachula in cut and fold method.
  4. Sieve the flour in the above mixture add water as required keep the batter thick. Mix with spachula in cut and fold method.
  5. Pour the batter in muffins cups half. Put one cheese cube in each cups.
  6. Cover the cheese with batter again put olives on it.
  7. Bake in preheat oven at 170*c for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Your hot melting cheesy lava muffins are ready to serve.
