ABOUT SCRAMBLED EGG MUFFINS RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 Egg whites
  2. 2 tbsp shredded chicken
  3. 1 tbsp chopped onion
  4. 1 tsp chopped green chili
  5. 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  6. 1tbsp chopped tomato
  7. 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  8. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  9. 1tbsp cheddar cheese
  10. 1tbsp chopped spinach leaves
  11. 1/2 tsp cooking oil or cooking spray
  12. 2 tbsp milk
  13. no salt and sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl beat the white eggs add milk, onion, cilantro, garlic, tomato, cheese, pepper, green chili, coriander leaves, spinach and chicken (optional)
  3. Spoon 1/3 cupfuls into muffin cups or small bowl coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 20-30mins or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean
  5. Serve with any fruit juice.
