Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curd 1 cup. (You can add or substitute according to quantity you want to make )
  2. Powdered Sugar 3 tbsp ( for 1 cup curd)
  3. Elaichi powder / kesar. to add flavour.

Instructions

  1. Tie curd in a big handkerchief and hang for 6 to 8 hrs.
  2. Add powdered Sugar and mix thoroughly with spatula or big spoon.
  3. Add elaichi powder or if your kid loves kesar than mix it with very little warm water and add after it mixes and cools.
  4. Serve with poori or vegetable paratha.
