ABOUT Makhani Egg Curry RECIPE

Indulge in eggs never like before, boiled eggs cooked in a creamy gravy to be served with naans, and pulaos.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs 4
  2. Onion 4
  3. Tomatoes 3
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste
  5. Mayo 200g
  6. Processed cheese
  7. Salt and chilli to taste

Instructions

  1. Leave the eggs to boil
  2. In a pan, add some olive oil
  3. When the oil is warm enough start adding cumin seeds, followed by chopped onion. Heat the pan until onions start to turn golden brown
  4. Next, add the chopped tomatoes with salt and chilli. Give it a gentle stir
  5. Cover the pan with a lid, so that the steam turns to water.
  6. When the veggies are cooked, turn off the flame and mayo
  7. Pour the mixture in the grinder and wait for it to cool down
  8. Meanwhile, peel the eggs and slice them in round discs
  9. Grid the cooled mixture and lay the paste in a serving bowl
  10. After the first layer, place some sliced eggs and then again a layer of the paste, followed by remaining eggs. Cover them with the remaining paste
  11. Grateful some Processed Cheese over and microwave for a min
  12. Serve hot
