Ingredients to make Paneer with Spring Onion

  • paneer blanched 250 gms
  • spring onion 150 gms chopped
  • onion sliced 1
  • garlic 8 pods
  • Green chilli chopped 1
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • tomato sauce 1 tsp
  • tomato puree 3 /4 cup
  • cloves 3
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil 3 tsp
  • Cooking cream 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Curry powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • salt

How to make Paneer with Spring Onion

  1. Heat oil
  2. Add cloves
  3. Add onion slices
  4. Add crushed garlic
  5. Saute until translucent
  6. Now add curry powder , coriander powder and turmeric powder
  7. Saute for 2 mins
  8. Add chilli powder , garam masala powder
  9. Add tomato sauce and tomato puree
  10. Cook for 4_5 mins
  11. Add salt
  12. Now add 3/4 cup of water , spring onion , chilli and paneer pieces
  13. Add 1/2 tsp sugar if you want
  14. Add cream
  15. Serve hot with steamed rice or roti

My Tip:

If you don't want to add cream , you can add milk 1/2 cup , taste will be good , and moreover it will be healthy too.
