Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For dough :
  2. All purpose flour 200 gms / 1 cup
  3. Whole wheat flour 100 gms / 1/2 cup
  4. Active dry yeast 1 1/2 tsp
  5. Sugar 1 tsp
  6. Salt 1/2 tsp
  7. oil 1 1/2 tsp
  8. For topping :
  9. Carrot 1
  10. Capsicum 1
  11. Olives 2 tbsp
  12. Corns 1/4 cup
  13. Tomato 1
  14. Tomato ketchup or pizza sauce 4 _5 tbsp
  15. Thick cream 4_5 tbsp
  16. Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  17. Oregano 1 tsp
  18. Oil for greasing
  19. Flour for dusting
  20. Mozzarella cheese 2 cups
  21. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/4 cup of water for 2_3 mins or microwave for 1/2 mins in high heat
  2. Mix yeast and sugar to the warm water
  3. Keep aside for 5 mins
  4. Now take a bowl
  5. Mix flour ,oil , salt and yeast mixture and water
  6. Knead well
  7. Cover with a moist cloth for 1 hour in a warm place
  8. It will be doubled in 1 hour
  9. Now again knead it well, keep aside for 15 mins
  10. Preheat oven to 200 degrees centigrade for 10 mins
  11. Now divide the pizza dough in 4 equal balls
  12. Roll them by dusting with some flour
  13. Pierce them with the help of fork
  14. Now put some oil in the baking pan
  15. Apply pizza sauce over the pizza base
  16. Apply cream
  17. Add mozzarella cheese
  18. Arrange all the vegetables
  19. Now add oregano , mixed herbs and pepper powder
  20. Again add mozzarella cheese
  21. Now bake for 20 _25 mins
  22. Garnish with some more cream and mozzarella cheese
  23. Serve hot with garlic bread and juice for a wholesome meal
