Ingredients to make Shahi Tukri

  • 4 Slices bread (option cut sides)
  • 100 grams grated paneer -finely grated
  • 4tblspn Rooh Afza
  • 1/2 tspn cardamom powder as per choice (green cardomom)
  • 1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts/almonds
  • A cup of thick creamy milk
  • oil to deep fry bread

How to make Shahi Tukri

  1. Cut each slice into triangles keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan , fry the bread triangles till crisp and Golden brown
  3. For the Topping:
  4. Mix the grated paneer ,elaichi powder and 4tspn Rooh Afza
  5. Place the triangles in a tray
  6. Spread some Rooh Afza syrup over each bread slice
  7. Now mix thick creamy milk add Roof Afza
  8. Place the ready tukris over this thick syrup pepared
  9. Spread nuts over these
  10. Serve cooled tastes great
  11. Cold is yumm

My Tip:

To make it less heavy use base of only thick cream milk and rooh afza Enjoy cooled
