ABOUT Shahi Tukda with Boondi Payas RECIPE

Boondi payas is a Rajasrhani dish...and when seved with shahi tukda it becomes fusion dish.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Bread cut into half in triangle shape...3
  2. Sugar..1/2 cup
  3. Kesar strands
  4. Ghee for frying
  5. Water
  6. Readymade Sweet Boondi ....1cup
  7. Milk .'1/2 lt
  8. Sugar 2 sp
  9. Mix nuts
  10. Cardamom powder...1 sp

Instructions

  1. For Shahi Tukda :
  2. Fry bread pieces in ghee until golden brown.
  3. Make sugar syrup..by boiling water and sugar till sugar dissolves completely.
  4. Add kesar strands.
  5. Dip fried bread pieces in sugar syrup.
  6. Leave for 3/4 minutes.
  7. Take them out in a plate.
  8. For Boondi Payas
  9. Boil milk till it reduces half.
  10. Add sugar and cardamom powder.
  11. Now add boondi.
  12. Mix well.
  13. Add Dry fruits.
  14. Now for plating..
  15. Take a deep plate,adjust Shahi tukda in the plate.
  16. Add Boondi Payas.
  17. Serve hot or chill as per your taste.
