Ingredients to make Punjabi chitt

  • ginger medium size
  • garlic handful cloves
  • green chilly
  • desi ghee
  • Tumeric
  • milk
  • red chilly powder
  • salt

How to make Punjabi chitt

  1. Take a wok. Add 4 spoons of desi ghee
  2. Heat them. Add ginger garlic finely grinded. Saute it add green chilly into it. Add salt . Add tumeric powder. Add red chilly powder. Now add water boil it. Add cup of milk. Boil it. Gatnish with corriander leaves.
