Ingredients to make Crispy aloo tikkis vikaskhanna youngchefs

  • 450gmspotatoes
  • salt
  • 175gms semolina
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 medium sized red onion
  • 1tsp toasted cummin powder
  • 1 to cayenne pepper
  • 45 gms coriander chopped
  • 4 tbsp oil.(for shallow frying

How to make Crispy aloo tikkis vikaskhanna youngchefs

  1. Boil potatoes mash them ,add in semolina chillies,onions,salt cumin,chilli powder,coriander.
  2. Knead until smooth and divide into small balls Roll them and flatten it on your palm ,shaping it into a 1cm thick .
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and add the tikka carefully .cook them gently in batches fry on both sides until golden brown.

My Tip:

Add peas and cheese to make tikkis more delicious.
