Ingredients to make Chicken pakoda

  • chicken boneless pieces 500g
  • Corn flour 100g
  • egg white2
  • oil for Deep frying
  • chilli powder 1 tablespoon
  • salt 1 tablespoon
  • chicken masala 1/2 tablespoon
  • Red colour 1/4 tablespoon

How to make Chicken pakoda

  1. Take a bowl and keep the boneless pieces after washing it
  2. Add the egg whites ,cornflour ,salt and the spices
  3. Mix it thoroughly with some lemon juice
  4. Deep fry it on the medium flame of the gas
  5. Take it out after it becomes deep red in colour
  6. Serve it with chili and tomato sauce
