Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 cup unboiled penne or any other shape pasta – boiled
  2. 2 medium green or coloured capsicum – cut into strips
  3. 1 cup broccoli
  4. 3 table spoon oil
  5. 3 table spoon crushed garlic
  6. 1 cup ready-made tomato puree
  7. ¾ tea spoon pepper
  8. 1 tea spoon oregano
  9. ½ cup or 1 cup milk
  10. ½ cup cream
  11. 1 ½ tea spoon salt

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan, add ½ tsp garlic, wait for ½ minute.
  2. Add boiled pasta, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add ¼ tsp pepper and ½ tsp oregano. Mix, remove pasta from the pan and keep aside.
  4. in the same pan heat 2 tbsp oil. Add ½ tsp crushed garlic. Wait till it changes colour.
  5. Add ready made tomato puree. Cook for 3-4 minutes, till oil separates.
  6. Add ½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp oregano and 1 ½ tsp salt. Mix, reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Add boiled pasta, mix well. Keep aside.
  8. At serving time, return the pasta on fire. Add capsicum, broccoli and milk or cream. Mix well.
  9. Add little water if needed. Check for salt and pepper. Remove from fire. Serve hot with garlic bread.
