( Original recipe t he used Eggs for binding of ingredients.Here I have used a combination of Corn flour and plain flour as substitute for Eggs. And recipe just turn out so amazingly good that my friends who eats Eggs preferred it over the original version made with eggs.As this version allows to enjoy the unique taste and texture of sweet potato instead of strong dominating flavours of Eggs.It's also a quick to put together recipe which has high nutritional value.
