Kurkuri bhindi

Ingredients to make Kurkuri bhindi

  • bhindi ladyfinger 1/2 kg
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric;red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 4 tbs chaat masala
  • 1 juice of lemon
  • oil for frying
  • salt per taste

How to make Kurkuri bhindi

  1. In a bowl add all the spices in bhindi .heat oil.
  2. Add salt just before frying otherwise bhindi will leave water.
  3. Fry bhindi till crispy.
  4. Keep the bhindis in tissue paper.add lemon juice.

My Tip:

You can add cornflour powder too to make it more crispier.
