Spicy Chicken Seekh Kabaabs

Ingredients to make Spicy Chicken Seekh Kabaabs

  • Mutton mince 500 gm
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Finely chopped onion large 1
  • coriander and mint finely chopped 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp crushed black peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp ginger chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
  • 2 tbsp red chilli paste
  • curd 4 tbsp
  • Green spring onions ; chopped for garnish (optional)

How to make Spicy Chicken Seekh Kabaabs

  1. Marinate the mutton mince with all the ingrredients for 30 mins.
  2. After 30 minutes, place about 2 tablespoon of the mix on the skewers.
  3. Brush with oil evenly and cook them on a stove top griller pan.
  4. It can be cooked even on a tawa or a frying pan on low flame.
  5. Turn it on to the other side when done on the bottom.
  6. Drizzle oil little by little onto the kabaabs.
  7. Garnish with spring onions or any other garnish or side dish or dip of your choice .
  8. Serve hot with naans.

My Tip:

Mince should be with fat. It is better to buy meat first,wash it and then mince it. After mincing it shouldn't be washed
