GAJAR KA HALWA

Ingredients to make GAJAR KA HALWA

  • Sweet Petites carrots, 640 gm
  • Condensed milk, 1 medium tin or 400gm
  • Mixed roasted Nuts
  • ghee, 4tbs
  • Khowa/mawa, 100 gm
  • cardamom powder

How to make GAJAR KA HALWA

  1. Grate carrots in food processor. It takes 5minutes only
  2. Grate Khowa/mawa
  3. In a pan add ghee. When it hot add grated carrots and cook in medium high flame until water evaporates.
  4. Now add condensed milk. Cook on medium flame for 10 minutes
  5. Add grated Mawa, cardamom powder and roasted nuts. Cook for 5minutes GAJAR HALWA is ready.

My Tip:

Roast peeled nuts in ghee
