  • 1cup wheat flour
  • 2 potatoes [boiled & mashed]
  • 1 onion
  • coriander leaves [handful]
  • Green chilli - 2
  • ginger Garlic Paste -1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 spoon kalonji [nigella seeds]
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 spoon dry mango powder
  • salt to taste
  • water to make dough
  • oil for making paratha

How to make Stuffed aalo pyaz paratha

  1. Knead a soft dough using the wheat flour, salt and water. Let this rest for 10 minutes. While this is resting, mix rest of the ingredients together.
  2. Divide the potato filling into equal portions, and divide the dough into portions as well. Stuff each dough roundel with the potato stuff. Reshape to form a smooth roundel again.
  3. Roll each stuffed roundel into thick parathas , shallow fry them on a pan, serve with some curd and chutney.

My Tip:

The dough shoud be soft otherwise stuffing comes out.
