Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mutton keema- 250 gm
  2. Chana dal 100 gm
  3. Laung [cloves] 2
  4. Dalchini [cinnamon] 1 inch
  5. Elaychi [cardamom] 2
  6. Pepper corn 5
  7. green chilies 5
  8. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  9. Egg 1
  10. Onion chopped 1
  11. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Cook keema and chana dal along with the whole garam masalas in a cooker
  2. Drain water and grind the cooked keema and dal along with green chilies ginger garlic paste and salt
  3. Add egg and onion mix well . keep it in refrigerator for an hour
  4. Wet your palm with some water, and take a small size of the mix and coat in well in bread crumbs.
  5. Shallow fry and serve hot
