Ingredients to make Shami kabab

  • Mutton keema- 250 gm
  • chana dal 100 gm
  • Laung [cloves] 2
  • dalchini [cinnamon] 1 inch
  • Elaychi [cardamom] 2
  • pepper corn 5
  • green chilies 5
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • egg 1
  • onion chopped 1
  • salt as per taste

How to make Shami kabab

  1. Cook keema and chana dal along with the whole garam masalas in a cooker
  2. Drain water and grind the cooked keema and dal along with green chilies ginger garlic paste and salt
  3. Add egg and onion mix well . keep it in refrigerator for an hour
  4. Wet your palm with some water, and take a small size of the mix and coat in well in bread crumbs.
  5. Shallow fry and serve hot
