One of my stunning ideas. Made in a jiffy and very handy for our busy lives. It is a great help for people who are deprived of it at their respective places. Make it fresh whenever you need it and it has that amazing freshness as well. 3 ingredient magic by me.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Milk powder 1/2 a cup (measuring cup)
  2. Milk 2 tbsp
  3. Ghee or butter 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Microwave the milk and the ghee for 30 secs.
  2. Take it out and mix in the milk powder until lump free and mixed thoroughly.
  3. Pop it back in the microwave for another 30 secs. And presto!!!! Homemade yummy quick mawa is ready for use.

Can I use fresh milk to make this mawain microwave instead of milk powder. How much milk I should use.
