Ingredients to make Prawn pizza

  • Refined flour 2 cups
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • butter 2 tbsp
  • egg 1
  • Mozzerella cheese 1 cup

How to make Prawn pizza

  1. Preheat oven at 190 c .place a silicon sheet on a baking tray.
  2. Combine butter and egg in another bowl and mix well.add refined flour ,little water mix well .and knead in to a soft dough .rest for 15 min.
  3. Divide dough in to 8 equal portion and roll out each portion in to a long cylinder .keeping the centre filling of mozzarella cheese thick and ends thin .like a spindle .
  4. Bring two ends together and tie a knot to give a shape of prawn, rest for 15 min.
  5. Place prawn pizza on the baking tray and put it in the preheated oven.bake for 12-15 min.
  6. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. serve hot.
